Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• In the original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at clarisse.creations1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Items purchased during sale or promotional periods
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@clarisse.com with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
